When I stepped in as Product Manager for Lofty’s Field Boundary tool, it was trapped in feature bloat—a sprawling mess of competing requirements from a wide range of customers. Instead of driving value, the product was trying to be everything for everyone.

I led a cross-functional team through a complete reset. We went straight to our most valuable users, cutting through the noise to uncover what truly mattered. By distilling their insights into focused user stories, we narrowed our scope to a lean, high-impact feature set that delivered real value.

From pre-launch to post-launch, I drove user interviews, sprint planning, and product execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineers, designers, and stakeholders. The result? A streamlined, market-ready tool that aligned user needs with executive vision—without the bloat.
