I crafted our pricing and positioning strategy, making a case for features that would attract non-endemic brands—those outside the gaming world looking to break into esports. I worked closely with engineers and designers to build, launch, and refine our product suite, ensuring it delivered actionable insights for sponsorship optimization.
Beyond development, I assessed integration feasibility with external APIs, acting as the bridge between our team and vendors. I also collaborated with stakeholders to define key product metrics—ones that not only aligned with revenue goals but also sparked genuine excitement from customers.
